Pls make sure the antennas and the IPEX cables of the M2 board are connected properly and firmly

When the problem happens again, run the following commands one by one to check the modem status and the APN config.

AT+CFUN?
AT+COPS?
AT+CREG?
AT+CPIN?
AT+QENG="servingcell"
AT+CGDCONT?
AT+CGCONTRDP

Also, export the system log from the router. And then PM me the relevant info to check the issue. Thanks

All IPEX cables and antenna connection tested and good. I am new to the forum, how do I send a PM with the rest of the detail? Ignore the last bit, PMs sent
