The TV should be able to use VPN. But I don’t know if it can access your NAS directly because the mini router created a subnet.
You may not tick the “force vpn” option so that your TV access the your local network. I am not sure if it can discover the devices automatically. But if it can use IP addresses (which is not in the subnet) to access the NAS and AVR that could be good to use.
