I’m using a Puli AX with AT&T for my cell provider. I updated to the latest firmware this morning (4.0-0403release6) and it could not connect at all using cellular, even though I had the same settings working on the previous stable firmware (4.0-release40402). Once I rolled back the firmware, it connected the first time with no issues. I can provide any information in order to get it working. Thanks!
I had to unbind the device from goodcloud and re bind it. Also make sure you clear the cache in the browser and app when you’ve upgraded. It’s helps A LOT.
@fangzekun I have already read that & that did not help. When i’m on 4.0-release40402 firmware, I have no issues connecting, everything works. When I updated to 4.0-0403release6, the modem does not connect at all, even when using the same APN settings as on the previous firmware. Once I roll back the firmware, it connects automatically.

Just wanted to note I am seeing similar issues with my GL-X3000.
I updated to the latest firmware (4.0-0403release7) update shortly after I got it in and unboxed it. Then I spent hours trying to figure out why it would not connect to AT&T. It would connect and work fine on Google Fi (T-Mobile) but constantly failed to register on AT&T. I decided to try 4.0-release50402 instead and it connected to AT&T right away once I updated the APN.
Can you help check some information in the new firmware?
