Often shutdown PC, disconnect cabels, reboot KVM. Looks like disable Virtual Media and then reboot works. Tried with several EID’s…

If convenient, please try different controlled devices (not different Dell Optiplex 3000s) to see if the problem is resolved.

Does your Dell computer enable sleep? I want to confirm if it's an issue where it can't wake up after sleeping.
The dell wasnt sleeping, does support it. But was after a fresh powered up
