Help flashing GL-AX1800 Flint with ExpressVPN Aircove firmware

I have tested both the AircoveOS and Aircove Go OS devices and noticed that the Go performs significantly better than the Aircove, even when using a Wi-Fi connection. This result was surprising and has piqued my curiosity.

Does anyone know how to revert back to Gl.inet Gui of (Slate AX) from the Aircove Go (OS)? Today am trying revert back to Gl.inet Gui, but unfortunately it's failed.

I can't make the Uboot page update work instead of Firmware update, since the Slate AX does not have the sync button.

Any idea how to access the 192.168.142.1/uboot.html for update the Uboot firmware.

There is two ways of doing this. Serial: With Serial UART connected (Your going to need to solder headers) power on the device When the prompt comes up with press xv, press xv this will put you in a uboot shell In That uboot shell type httpd 192.168.132.1 Now in a web browser type http://192.168.132.1/uboot.html Now Download and Flash this file UBOOT Then Repeat the first 3 steps then open browser to `http://192.168.132.1’ and flash gl-inet firmware Reset Pin Method: With device powered…

Not working for Slate AX. Only working on Flint, that's why am curious something goes wrong or tricky of the Slate AX.

Hi simulacrum, thank you in advance Just one question to clarify things for me, when I read the introductory guide to flashing firmware using UBoot, under Debrick Steps, #1 Download firmware to the computer - is it the firmware that the link goes to or is it the ExpressVPN Aircove Firmware .img download - which you state above in #4, if I am understanding we do not use or need the the file in the Introductory guide Thank you again you are such an asset to this community.
