I have tried so many etherent cables all work with my M6 nighthawk BUT my slate 7 will not recognise any etherent cable when I plug one in .. it says no cable detected,.pls help…!
Hi again I have managed to connect my cable BUT the green etherent connected only shows green when the etherent is connected to WAN - I would like it to go green when it connects to the LAN also /.. anyway i can do this ? In the amdin panel it shows lan connected but not the green slate 7 display light on etherent.

The Ethernet icon on the Slate 7 display is designed to indicate internet connectivity.
As a result, it lights up and turns green only when a WAN connection is detected.
