Is the GPS module on Spitz Plus (GL-X2000) 4G modem usable?

I wondered if the GPS module in the 4G chipset is usable on the Spitz Plus, from what I have read on the specs it does have the capability? I’ve seen that it is accessible on the 5G version though not via the GUI at the current time [howto] GL-X3000 GPS configuration guide. It would be useful if so the location could be enabled in Goodcloud for example, and could be used for logging etc.

Yes, the 4G cellular module support GNSS feature.

Unfortunately, we currently have no plans to implement features related to GNSS/GPS.
However, we will note this request down for the future product consideration of the Product Team.

Ah ok thanks for the info, to be fair if I wanted GPS I could just stick on a ublox usb receiver in I suppose and use gpsd stuff. Cheers. I think I did see some GPS data but not entirely sure..
