LWR01 - adding again to Dirigera hub, various fails

Hi - almost a year ago I added two LWR01 sensors to my Ikea Dirigera hub. A couple of slightly odd things but both added fine to Ikea Home smart app and to Lafaer app.

Bought a third LWR01 yesterday, and tried to add again to Ikea hub and app (all latest versions). Odd, because it seemed to show in the Lafaer app but not in the Ikea app.

So. reset Dirigera Thread router (which I did not realise knocked out the previous two LWR01s i.e. no longer shown in Ikea app or Lafaer app) and un- then re-installed Lafaer app.

Now can’t get any of LWR01s to be recognised by Ikea app - fails at ‘Connecting to Thread router’.

Am wondering if Ikea have changed anything in app/Dirigera hub - or if there are some old credentials hanging around which prevent re-adding the LWR01s

Have to say that the lack of under the hood info regarding Matter (maybe a Dirigera fault) makes installation rather frustrating. So much easier with IPv4 or IPv6 and a normal router.

Update on issues connecting new LWR01 to Ikea Dirigera

OK, so following on from my previous post, I followed some advice to clear the Google Play cache on the Samsung (Android) tablet I use for my smart home. Not sure if just coincidence, but suddenly no problem connecting my two old LWR01s. First to Ikea Dirigera Smart home app. Then to the Lafaer app. Both now working fine to turn on/off lights in bathrooms.
