MT3000 says interface connected but can't access internet

I connected this GL iNET mt3000 to my modem router provided my ISP , it says “the interface is connected , but internet can’t be accessed” however internet is working well on the router mt3000. How do I get rid of that or solve this false info? I’ve reset the mt3000 and restart my isp modem but still.

Can you post the System Log that shows the condition? I suspect it comes from the mwan3 service.

I see mwan3 service messages in the 2nd screenshot. Try going to Admin Panel → NETWORK → Multi–WAN and turn off or adjust settings for Internet Status Tracking for Ethernet.
