I just received my mudi7 super excited however I tried to use two different sims that work on various modems but not on the mudi7.
its telkomsel indo. Any suggestions what might be wrong?

If it does not help, do you have any other available internet source (such as wired WAN or Repeater mode) so that you can connect the Mudi 7 with that way and follow the guide below to share your Mudi 7 with us via GoodCloud for remote troubleshooting?
Please also send us the MAC address and the router password via private message so that we can access the device.
