Mudi V2 shows "No Internet" while connected

Hello I recently got a Mudi v1 and using it with T-Mobile US. In my case, the OLED screen is showing “T-Mobile” and “No Internet” but what is odd is that I can actually browse the web without issue. So everything seems to be working fine, but just that the OLED screen is telling me otherwise. My device was running 4.3.9 and just updated to 4.3.12 today, and still seeing the same issue. Mudi V2 GL-E750 still no Internet (German Telekom APN)

Hey, I just bought a Mudi V2 GL-E750 and can't get Internet access. There are some old threads here where these APN settings are recommended: internet.telekom User/Password: telekom/telekom I have tried every possible combination of APN settings. Also internet.v6.telekom and internet.t-d1.de, but no success. The SIM card connects to the LTE net, but no internet. Firmware is 4.3.19r3 Any idea what I can try? Thanks Pat

I have only Telekom HU (a Deutsche Telekom subsidiary too) physical cards, so it is hard to figure out is the issue ISP related or not.

First I tested the stock OS. It was affected. Tried a few resets and different configurations, but no luck. Then I tested version 4.3.26. I never keep settings. After first boot there was still no internet (because of the missing APN). Then I added the APN manually for the configuration and the issue just gone and the modem also connected as well.

But sadly the latest 4.7.2 beta is affected too. So the issue is still here. Of course the connection works, but the screen always shows "No Internet".

I have the Same issue with the Beta @ Telekom Deutschland.

If the stable v4.326 works fine but the beta v4.7 not, it might be a known issue.
Can you run AT command AT+QCFG="band" or AT+QNWPREFCFG="lte_band", post the command response here to check the band info?

I'm attaching to this conversation since I'm having the same issue. Mudi V2 surfs the internet without problems but on the OLED screen it shows no internet. Actually using the physical e-sim with an italian provider profile on and running 4.7.2 beta firmware. Sharing system logread.tar as reference if needed

Hi, confirmed it's a bug. The OLED network status display in beta V4.7 has issues and doesn’t show the correct connection status. It will be fixed in the future update. Sorry for the problem.

I confirm that I also have this issue on 4.7.2 - 0702beta1 * 2025-03-12 09:37:51 (UTC+00:00) that I installed to fix the eSIM missing feature.

I can confirm that the issue has been fixed in the latest 4.8.3 beta.
