I unplugged the Blume 2 from power in order to rearrange some LAN cables. No settings were changed before disconnecting the power. However, after reconnecting it, the Blume 2 did not recover.
The power LED turns on, but it cannot connect to the network, DHCP does not work, and the reset button is also unresponsive.
In other forum posts, I found a few people suggesting that the Blume 2 may have a defect related to power-circuit stability. Could my case be the same?
I have temporarily replaced it with a Mango device, but I need to resolve the issue with the Blume 2 or replace it with a similar device as soon as possible.
If this is something that can be resolved at the firmware level, what steps can I take? Thank you.
Follow this thread but replace the firmware with the latest firmware. Your device might require uboot to be updated too (the current uboot file/version is still the latest)
Do the upgrade in edge/chrome without any extensions running. See if that helps.
