Has anyone come across this issue when trying to connect to your ovpn server ???

Yes. You are using a config file with some deprecated/unsupported parameters.
Check out the logs (by clicking on “View Log” in the VPN dashboard) and you will find the root cause.
You’re not using Nord VPN w/ OpenVPN, are you?
Off topic but related: see if your VPN provider supports WireGuard. The speed improvement over OpenVPN is so vast it’s not even a fair competition.
