Problem with goodcloud and my mt6000

Hi everyone. this morning my mt6000 was offline on goodcloud even though the network was working. when I got home, to get it back online on the cloud, I had to deactivate and reactivate goodcloud on the router. Why?

This happens sometimes.

Look into the Cloud log to get more information.

Hi admon, the log is empty

In that case it will be nearly impossible to tell what the issue was…

Maybe get the full log

Hi, no…log is empty…

Log on the device is empty? Did you reboot?

Now I have this problem…Even though I have deactivated and reactivated the function and restarted the router, it is still disconnected

Do you use AdGuard or any other DNS service? The log tells us that the DNS request wasn’t successful.
If you use AGH, disable it for testing.

I disabled AD Guard and it still doesn’t work. Previously it also worked with Ad Guard

Might be some issue in the cloud then.

Ok thx, I waiting a resolution

Still not working with me. Any idea what this means:

Can you try to re-issue the token by logging into goodcloud, selecting your device and then re-activating it?

Thank you. Worked after disabling from router, re-activating from web as per your suggestion and then enabling goodcloud from the router again.
