Request for collectd-mod packages for Be3600

Hello,

Can the team build some missing collectd-mod-* [packages] that are currently missing from the online repo?

The goal is to get collecting the metrics and then over to Grafana using the Prometheus node exporter.

Specifically these six packages.

collectd-mod-sensors
collectd-mod-exec - to get fan stats
collectd-mod-disk
collectd-mod-df
collectd-mod-load

This last one would be great if it works with the hardware in the Be3600.

Hi Bruce,

I have installed each of the six packages above and I have no errors to report. I do note one difference between the install of these packages between my BE3600 and my MT3000 (gl-net optv24).

After the above were installed onto the mt3000 had the metrics collected and exposed to prometheus-node-exporter as expected. Specially the wireless metrics, which I didn’t observe working previously.

However, the BE3600 wireless metrics aren't not being exposed and nothing reguarding the wireless metrics are reported by Prometheus.

I know this is not a collectd-mod question, as I do see the collectd-mod-*’s are working as expected in Luci stats.

Is there some difference in the prometheus-node-exporter between the repo’s? or perhaps the optware version? I have the gl-net v23 on the BE3600 and v24 on the MT3000.

I note that the prometheus-node packages in the on the older v23 optware gl-net software repo for the BE3600 are dates from 2024 v6.16 however the packages for the MT3000 on the new v24 are all from 2025 v7.15.

If I post a separate requests can your team update the version of the Prometheus-node packages for the be3600 repos to the same as the mt3000 v24 repo?

Perhaps I need more Prometheus or Grafana query/dashboard training. If anyone knows any troubleshooting steps I should perform next I appreciate the feedback.
