Rm1 connected to laptop hdmi - remote not working. No BIOS

I tried to locate the EDID hex code for my monitor, (dell u3818dw) but what I found, the resolution is not correct, should not be 3840 x 2160. The monitor should be 3840 x 1600. So, even when I had a remote connection within windows, the mouse would not track. This should be fixable.

EDID database I have provided a resolution of 3840x1600 here
