I don’t think so, but it’s hard to say. I don’t ever find these logs to be very useful - I always feel like they were written by the engineers who designed the chips or kernels.

Which gives me a little pause about what people think about the logs I write :slight_smile:

Before I applied the patch, it crashed the second time, now I just apply the Wi-Fi patch you mentioned and let me keep watching and see what will happen.

I just got the same issue on my AXT1800 running 4.6.2 (released 2024-07-09). Interestingly, the ath11k_core_ssr_notifier_cb symbol doesn't appear to be in the stock Linux kernel. It seems to be added by this patch as an SSR ("subsystem restart?") crash handler. The actual cause of the crash would probably require understanding Atheros chips (and the ath11k driver) better than I am able to.
