Why does The Signal strength show "good " but when I click the tab it shows "poor ".

Can you take a screenshot?

How do upload the screenshot to this forum?

Good morning.
Here are links to the screenshots.
I hope you can see them.

This is 3G, does your sim card show unregistered?
Is this an occasional occurrence or has it always been 3G?

Where I am located, The Signal strength is poor. The nearest Digicel tower is out of sight, more than a mile away.
When I am in the other town (3 hrs by boat), I receive LTE Signal from the same Digicel network.
How do I check if my sim is registered or not?

Your web page should have a logo

The logo is seen when it is connected. Sometimes if the signal is weak it disconnects.

try upgrade?

Thank you. I will try to upgrade using my laptop. Just allow me to read the instructions carefully so I understand what I have to do.

Is there a way of removing the upgrade if it cause the router to malfunction?

Can you advise me how to complete this process?
My Laptop OS is Windows 11.

Do I follow the insructions (steps 1 to 4) under this heading from my Command prompt "For GL-X3000/GL-XE3000"?

Or do I download the zip file under this heading " Quectel module software download URL"

and install it using the "Local upgrade" tool in the router System UPgrade interface?

No, you need to do all the necessary steps directly using SSH on your router.
So IP of the router = "SSH Server IP"

Ok.
What are hoping to achieve from this upgrade?

Mostly less issues, if you currently have some.

OK, that will be great :slightly_smiling_face:.
Do I download all the modules, or this one RM520N-GL_AA?

Only the one that fits to your model.
