Tapo devices not working online After replace ZTE internet with Gl-inet GL-X3000

tapo connected with GL-X3000 via wifi successfully and it work fine local only.
now off tapo and on again, after on tapo bellow system log generate.

Another Tapo owner here, 4 Tapo Bulbs and 4 Tapo Cameras.
Have you whitelisted the Tapo domains?

Can you confirm the APN settings on the MC801a, is it in IPv4, IPv4IPv6 or IPv6 mode?

Maybe the log on the router does not matter.

Can you ping tplink.com and other tp domains mentioned by @hecatae

Cant ping tplink.com and tplinkcloud.com, 100% packet loss..
successfully open in browser bellow domains :

Not sure. That should be done in the ISP side.

Can you access all other website without issues?

if ping tplinkcloud.com request time out.
if ping 18.141.5.188 (tplinkcloud.com ip) then time out.
if open in browser http://18.141.5.188 then work fine.

This seems normal because they don't allow ping. I cannot ping either.

Can you get these info:

When connected using ZTE, what is the IP you get on the ZTE modem? can you get some screenshots of the ZTE modem? including the apn settings, mtu etc.
When connected to ZTE, what is the IP the H100 get?

Same problem here with the same GL-X3000 router: many IoT devices are not working with its 5G internet, but they work fine when a VPN configuration is added and connected. I tried many possible solutions, but none of them worked.

I think it's related to dns.
