No, it depends on your WAN. So testing is the only way to find the right one.

Just try it. I can't test it right now.

Yes tested, 1400 is optimal.
ping www.google.com -f -l 1372 0% packet loss

Is this right way?

No, you need to test it as well - see the link above in this thread. MTU isn't mean to be copied just between devices.

i have also manually tested 1372 is right MTU with 0% Pocket loss as we both have same Jio 5G internet.

Yes brother, i do same.

if enable jumbo frames in asus router that improve internet speed?
any disadvantage if enable?

Jumbo Frames are only supported in LAN, so it will not change your internet. (And all devices need to support it)

okay brother, understand...
thank you

@Satyam500160 which firmware version you are using? please provide screenshot..

Now everything is working including iot devices without any speed loss.

it's latest version?

Yes it is latest stable (4.4.9) version but there is also available beta (4.4.10) version.

Is there any problem with your router?

on first day i updated to latest version 0409release3 but get problem with discount after 5-7 minutes so i downgrade to 0406 then solved. but i am not sure it's firmware issue or not.
now i update to latest version but mine show release3 and your version is release2.
now internet working with latest version.

You can try beta firmware once there is many fixes it may help.
