I bought EIOTCLUB card reader with physical SIM card and GL-X2000. Then bought Orange eSIM and tried installing.
First Windows PC, USB card reader, downloaded QR code, got

Contacted support, got told to try on the router. Repeated the process via router interface, got

The error looks the same - client authentication refused, cannot download profile, stops at 40%. I did not install the profile anywhere else.
Tried with QR code, with manual activation code entry, error persists. Any ideas? Thanks!
