Hi @untoldfattboy, it seems that the router and esim service are not compatible, the router cannot communicate with the esim server, so the esim installation fails.
You are sure the Lyca mobile esim works properly, right? We will record it. FYI, here is a list of supported esim services, please see it for more details if required.
