How do I get the VPN options?

What label shows as place in the below image in your admin panel?
If it is 'CN', please contact your purchased way to replace to the global version.

I purchased from Lazada Thailand.
And yes, there is a CN on the admin panel. I must have gotten the China version. I'll try to return/exchange it.
So I can't just load a different firmware? Are the devices physically different? I had no idea.

No, unfortunately it's not a firmware issue - the device type for CN devices is different. Exchanging is the only supported way to get the international version.

Give it a try, but I highly doubt it - because the "lock" isn't inside the firmware itself.
