Cannot access using http or https any clue on how to solve this problem in the network storage

Http or https is using router pages, need to change port if possible for example 8080?

Can you access the files using Samba?

It cannot be accessed via browser directly. You can access via client APP such as WinSCP :: Official Site :: Download.

So using the WebDAV you need a client app, I thought you can just paste it on the browser because I am gonna use it with a phone. My options are using a samba or DLNA when accessing to a device.
