I am looking to running at least 2 wireguard client on My AXT1800, untl now when I try only one still active.
How could I do this ?

it's programmer decisions 
when the logic got designed, it was not placed in mind one would use more clients at the same time, it was for simplicity.
with other words, if they want to add it it's a big change 
they're planning support for it if you find the 2023 update thread.

Ok, It's a programmer decision, make sens.
So following the roadmap the firmware 4.9 and higher should support multiclient VPN's simultaneously.
It can take some time ... until this release could I switch for OpenWRT on my GL-AXT1800 ?
There is no official OpenWrt image for that device available, at least I wasn't able to find one using the firmware selector.
You might try this:

Theres still a few ways although im surprised its still not merged.
You could try it from there and merge recent commits but in the worst case it might be not synced with main.
Your best bets are either compile it from wlanap source, this is also what gl-inet uses.
But for snapshots you can better try the ones @admon linked, this might be the easier one altogether.
