Cellular Network Provider manually change

Hi,
I am using the Spitz AX (GL-X3000) near the swiss border with a german o2 sim card. At some locations the router automatically choses the swiss provider instead the german.
How can I manually chose the cellular internet provider? On a iPhone there was the same issue, when the provider was chosen automatically. Manually selecting a network provider, solved the „no internet“ issue.
Is there a way I can see all the internet providers the router detects and then manually chose one?

Hi Bene:
The single quotation marks are wrong.
It should be: gl_modem -B 0001:01:00.0 SAT sp 'AT+QSCAN=3,1'
