GL-X3000 Spitz AX input voltage range

The X3000 shows DC 12V/24V for the input voltage on it’s back as well as it’s data sheet. Before I have read that the device supports a great input voltage range.

Can you please tell us about the valid input voltage range if it’s actually a range?

I hope this thread can easily be found in the web as a reference.

The Spitz AX supports 9~36V DC input, to let users easily find a suitable PSU, we modified the silk-print to 12V/24V.

My X3000 is running like a charm with a USB-C PD → 9V barrell connector like this one:
