Tried with the second airalo sim, error with app on your router, but works well - profile dowloaded with lpac and smart card reader. So this is issue of your app or "proxy provider".

Do you use our esim sim card? Can you tell which type esim profile do you purchase from airalo? and can you tell me you test location ? I have tested this esim store profile, it works.
Tested witth free airalo profile for spain only for download in installation purpose. i live in Poland.
I have Mudi V1. I installed an esim.me sim card on my Android phone and loaded the USA profile.
I moved the esim card to Mudi, and everything worked as expected.
Today i tested to convert my psyhical sim from Telekom germany to an esim Profil. The esim Profil from Telekom work very well. I took a Screenshot from the esim qr code.
Now i have my main sim on the esim and i‘m very flexible for Travel.
Very happy with the new esim.
Yes, this way is OK, other customer have used this way to use, but the steps of this method are slightly more complicated and need to manage the esim on the phone, our scheme is to manage the esim directly on the router.

I just did it that way because I am still waiting for the GliNet Card to arrive...
We have check your logs and server logs carefully again, we find you don't use our esim card, maybe you use the esim.me sim card, we find you download two QR code, one of is successful(LPA:1$consumer.e-sim.global$*******B49DBA).
Other one is fail(LPA:1$RSP-0026.OBERTHUR.NET$******VLNXG), this fail QR code test two times, and the DP+ server return err message: No eligible Profile for this eUICC/Device, and we noticed that your OBERTHUR.NET domain name is uppercase, which is problematic since most of it is lowercase.
You can change it to lowercase and then try again(LPA:1$rsp-0026.oberthur.net$******VLNXG)
If still fail, and you can confirm this QR code don't be downloaded to other device, you can share this fail QR code to us to test?
Yes - im using esim.me - i meintoined this previously.
Now checked with another airalo and worked well. Profile downloaded successfully. I don't know what had RSP-0026.OBERTHUR.NET and cannot test this again.
For now everything works well, if i will have problems i will let you know.
